Not very friendly, Robin asked us to move site picked and charged for propane but never requested for it. Hopefully my credit card has been credited for these charges.

Enjoyed the facility and activities. What I didn’t like was an employee continually driving his truck around camp with trump flags flying. Is KOA backing this candidate?

It was a great time and a great place for kids to play and have fun. The only downside was some of the pool/water features did not work during our stay.

I was very disappointed with this KOA. The bathrooms were dirty with no paper. The pool play area was closed so they put a slip and slide behind the cabins and just let the water run all day creating a muddy mess. Some of the staff/ people who live there drove around with Trump flags all over their vehicles. They need to invest more into the site for maintenance and good employees.

The people working there are great but this place has went down hill a lot, we have been coming to this KOA for years on Memorial weekend and the last two have been horrible, you have a splash park that does not work anymore and had two years to fix it and still not working, along with that you put water in the pool a couple days before and it was freezing. Activities fell short, like donuts.

While I had no children to join in the fun, the ongoing parade in the big wagon appeared to be loved by many children. Also entertaining for adults. Too bad there are not better views of the big river running along back of the park.

We were highly disappointed that the splash pad had a leak over Memorial Day weekend. We feel like that's something that should have been tested before the long holiday weekend to have it fixed for the weekend.

We love this place. We come 4 to 5 times a year. Cabin was clean, bathrooms not so much. Even after bathroom was closed for cleaning the trash was over flowing and there were stalls with no toilet paper. Staff was very friendly! The fun center was very nice and the staff on there were great! We will be back in July!

Drove all the way from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs to find out that everything was broken down the splash pad. The pool was freezing the heater was broken. Spent all this money to go out to a place where we couldn't even swim or do anything then the hot tub was emptied out, this is probably the worst vacation I've had in a long .

This is a very nice campground with a lot of amenities. Would definitely recommend. However, the site was not level and could not get level without front tires coming off the ground. Blocks were required. I paid a premium to stay at this campsite and I do that for convenience. This was not convenient. Poop bag dispensers were empty. Another inconvenience which was disappointing at this price.

Our second Memorial Day weekend visit. Lots to do for the kids and they have an absolute ball at this park. Every single one of the staff that we crossed paths with exceptional and happy to have us with them although Jade was at the very top of the list! Being right on 25, a little noisy at night even with a fan in the bedroom running. Definitely will be back.

The water park was broken, the cafe opened late every day, the activities were late and seemed disorganized, the movie on Saturday was supposed to be Bolt, it was changed to The Aristocats, which is just such a lame swap. Our golf cart died multiple times during our stay, the hot tub was absolutely FILTHY. We won’t stay here again.

Traveled there with another couple in two 5th wheels (4 nights). Had never been to Colorado. The park was average; they need to do some site maintenance. There was a lot of overgrown weeds on our sites. Aside from the landscaping, we had no issues. The staff was friendly and attentive. We moved on to another KOA in Colorado as planned and this KOA (Silt, CO) appears really well maintained.

We were with 42 foot 5th Wheel and Mark guided us to Site# 132, a pull thru. Mark explained to us about trash pick-up and picking up propane bottles, to be filled, at your site. We thought that was fantastic. We will stay here again.

We could not get on the wifi I called and I left a message. After a hour I walked up to the office and felt a little embarrassed because I could see the Wifi on my phone at the office. When I got back to our site it was no longer available, I called them again and this time they answered I explained the problem and was told that the site we were in could not receive the Wifi.

The sand pad was not quite a full 10x10, but I was able to accommodate my needs there. The water was not the best tasting but I think it was good. The staff was super friendly. Overall pretty good place. I felt safe being alone there.

Nice park. We had a deluxe site which was very nice (fire pit, charcoal grill, table and chairs and paved patio). When we arrived Jade checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful!

KOA is right next to Interstate. I stayed in a tent and the tents are located closest to Interstate. Talk about LOUD! How about locating tents on opposite side? (Only about 10 or so tent sites.) Otherwise, KOA is great. If you’re in a RV, you might not have any noise issues.

It wasn't so much about my stay but rather the treatment of my brother-in-law. He had issues with the power post and the blame was placed on him. As it turns out it was indeed an issue with Power Post and was ultimately escalated and resolved through corporate but it never should have reached that level. Also paying over $100/night seems very pricey, certainly for the operational amenities.

This is a campground in the sky with amazing views of the Rockies and the charming villages below. And if you enjoy gambling, Central City has lots of casinos to play in. The campground is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful and they even have two hot tubs!

I can tell this KOA was great at one time, but it is not being well taken care of. The pool heater broken, window A/C unit had peeling duct and painters tape all over, the porches had the screens ripped out, the activities just an excuse to sell you something, stove top extremely dirty, frequently no toilet paper in shared restrooms, charged $25 to use propane in camp kitchen.

We continue to find your shower stalls inadequate for manuevring yourself to take off clothes, dry yourself, and re-dress. While there are hooks, it is not enough. The cabin we stayed in could have used a bedside table or something else to place personal items on. The windows did not close completely, and a screen was missing from one. We find the grounds to be attractive.

Rented a cabin air conditioner did not work waited for someone to come to look at it No one never showed up. Picture showed a gas grill there wasn't one The camping kitchen had no propane and nothing hooked up to cook with We cut it short and ended up throwing out food Very disappointed

Our stay was actually pretty great... until the day of our departure. As we were getting ready to leave, a KOA employee came by our site, saw that we had our Tesla Cybertruck plugged into the 50-amp RV service outlet, and informed us that charging EVs at that KOA location was not allowed because it posed a fire hazard. Really? Is it 50-amp service or not? Color me skeptical.

The gal handling checkin could use some customer service training. She seemed to just want to get you out of the office and not answer questions. No WIFI at all even though it is listed as an amenity. There was a long term camper next to us with several outdoor cats. She left but left cats behind. The dog run didn’t have poop bags. The staff who parked us were very friendly.

There is an activity late in the evening (8PM-9PM) where they circle the campground with loud music and police siren… we have young children and this was incompatible with their sleep.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Cabin was clean and very spacious. very beautiful park. fun parade for the whole family. on site pizza delivery. the small issues we had were promptly resolved. will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very family-oriented without being too overwhelming but things to do if desired. Love the cement roads where kiddos can ride bikes and dogs can comfortably walk. Jade was very helpful in our reservation needs.

I have stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds over the past several years I have never stayed at one that was as nice as this one. They have an incredible pool, lots of activities for children! and last but not least they have an incredible camper kitchen that is an outdoor kitchen that has stove tops sink with running water and three gas grills! This is the only campground that I have stayed in that had color tv and a refrigerator in the camper cabin which is what I stayed in. This is the nicest KOA Campground I have ever stayed at!!

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
