For the 3rd year in a row, the hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing, so it shouldnt even be listed as an amenity.

A very nice KOA with friendly and helpful staff. It's right on the Colorado River, which was very relaxing. We only stayed 1-night, so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked very clean and refreshing. The KOA is near Rifle State Park that has waterfalls, so we enjoyed driving there to see them.

We arrived late because of a break down so we really didn’t spend much time at the campsite. We woke up the next morning to a very clean, nicely set up campground. The views were spectacular and we wished we could stay longer.

The cabin on the river was so nice. Beds were comfortable and had great air conditioning system in the bedroom and in the living room! Staff was friendly and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

They were very courteous. I believe they squeezed me in when I called. They didn’t seem to have an open site. Put me on hold for a moment and then had a site for me. I called two days before my arrival.

Spent two nights in a riverfront patio site and was well worth the extra money. Beautiful, large, private and grassy sites on the river. We also appreciated the store and grassy pet runs as well. Bathrooms were clean but in high demand. Had to wait a few times for showers. All in all a great stay.

This was singularly the cleanest public restroom I have seen in my entire life without any category restrictions. I was beyond impressed. I have full admiration for the work that goes into achieving these standards with the size of their campgrounds. I came late in the evening and left at dawns first light, so never got to meet any of the staff, but all was well laid out for me.

Staff was very nice and helpful especially when I locked the keys to my truck in my truck!! They were able to contact someone to help. This is our third time at this KOA and we love it!

The utilities (electricity and water) were situated quite a long way from where most RVs need the hookups. No reason for these poorly located connections.

We only stayed one night, but we really loved it it was so pretty, and we had a nice welcome from the crew, and we our looking forward to staying there again on our way back to Denver next month.

Enjoyed our overnight stay at Glenwood Springs West. Campsite was very clean, spacious and flat with a manicured green grass on each site and a picturesque back drop of the Colorado River not too far from our site. Also WiFi signal was very strong unlike some KOA camp grounds. Would definitely comeback when in the area.

The staff was very friendly, our RV site was incredible, and the entire RV park is well maintained. Close to any required shopping, easy driving to Glenwood Springs, Vail, Aspen, and Beaver Creek. What's not to enjoy? 12 out of 10 stars!

The cabins are clean and view is beautiful. However, if I am paying for a cabin, I don't want to bring all my bedding and linens. There was no soap in the shower. It was pretty small and hard to move around. It really is not enough room for more than two people. We lightly used the kitchen.

This RV resort is everything we look for in a KOA - well kept and friendly. If only it were closer to Glenwood Springs.

One of the better maintained KOA’s that I have visited. I did not use bathrooms, etc so my comment is about the overall appearance and feel of this location.

We chose this campground because of it's location. I was greeted as I walked in the door to check in. The staff is friendly and thorough explaining the rules and campground features. The whole campground is clean. They have a little souvenir and supplies area that's well stocked.

Excellent location, big rig friendly very clean and well maintained, dog park is extremely nice and large. Site are nice and level. All the employees were fantastic. Will be back again.

Had a wonderful time at the rv spot and had a great time with the fire pit. The staff was super friendly and helpful so many activities like a play ground and pool for the kids and a fire pit at your site and propane and firewood services and laundry rooms for guests to use and enjoy.

This place is very nice , very clean amazing dog park with grass. Restroom and showers are very clean. For service they staff guiding us to our spot was rude to my husband for unhooking our jeep while he waited for me to check in. There's no sign saying not to. Then he gave us a hard time during backing in to our spot. Very odd to get attitude but maybe ir wasn't a good day for him. Internet is weak also
