We love camping at your campground. The one thing that did frustrate me though is I went to go play bingo and I was up there 30 minutes before it started nobody was up there but every single table was covered with the towel or a blanket. Then I noticed the next day there was bingo too that was not on the event list so I missed that too as well.

Stay was great . Some people in the pool were really throwing a football way too hard with all the people in the pool, Maybe some KOA people need to patrol the pool area. just a little and remind people to be respectful of other people. It seems KOA people maybe need to drive thru the camping areas and remind people of quiet hours also. Some people went on partying way past midnight.

Couldn’t have a camp fire as the locked down pit was under our awning. Why to pricey for just water and electric. No hose at dump station. Wi-fi didn’t work at all. We only went to begin with because they wouldn’t let us cancel back in January after they booked us before telling us the price. Price went up from $70 to 170$ in 2 years.

We had a good family time. The restrooms were noticeably cleaner. The manager was a bit over the top. When using the rented golf cart to go to the bathroom in the night he was there to pull us over and find out what we thought we were doing? The staff isn't very friendly. The wifi was so bad we couldn't get a weather radar on our phones. No way to stream anything. We hope wifi improves.

We appreciate your feedback, we work hard to ensure restrooms are maintained and cleaned for our guests safety and comfort. We do recognise that the rules for golf carts are strict but that is in place to allow restful sleep during quiet hours, 11PM-7AM

The camp store closed way to early! It closed at 5. Not very convenient if you forgot an ingredient for dinner and no chance of ice cream after dinner����. We were very excited that there are pickleball courts. However, we would suggest a net at the end to keep a wild balls from rolling into the traffic pulling in. Our ball had a few close calls with cars that would have squished it.

Our open light is on a timer and might have been off, Friday, sat, sunday of the memorial day weekend we had the store open until 8pm. with firewood sales until 10pm. Tese hours were posted online and on the front of the store.

I am only going to give lower scores because there was absolutely NO phone service or WIFI service whatsoever. If anyone needed to work from their camper, they couldn't. If you need to get a hold of a family member or shoot a quick text, don't worry about it, it's not happening. We typically camp in October as well, but this is a big factor for me. We may not be coming back because of this.

First time camping here, and we already cannot wait to come back! Pool area was amazing, playgrounds were fun, and the field area was perfect for family games.

The campground was packed! I am happy to report that all staff was on the top of their game customer service wise! All employees in a good, happy mood when we checked in...and it was busy!! The pool was clean and nice. We were "weekenders" and the seasonal campers were very nice to us! There was staff at the gate directing/escorting us to our campsite.

We love so much about KOA Angola. I really wanted to give a 4 but had to go with a 3 after some consideration. WIFI is none existent, no longer have cable available (which was always a huge plus), the beach needs some TLC (weeding, new tables, grading). Memorial day weekend and had very limited ice cream.

Worst experience ever would never got back. They treat new coming people the worst. Golf karts driving fast like crazy, saw a kid get hit on one by a worker then she started yelling at the child. Worker chased my kids down that was on a bike to take them back to the camper at 11 when they weren’t doing anything wrong. Just the worst camp ground ever workers so rude

We rented out a pontoon boat and had a great time for memorial weekend.

Nice sites, patio was great. Fishing pond was very low and not great and there is no place to fish from shore on most of the lakes so bring or rent a boat is the best option. Wifi was out for the whole stay which is a big problem for me. I only stay at koa for the wifi so I can work so that was not ok. Pathways are small so traffic was dangerous so the kid was not allowed to ride his bike around.

The kids zip line can use some maintenance so it can function right. The obstacle course could use a different platform to climb up to make it more kid friendly for the younger kids.

I love Pokagon and they were full so stayed here as it was close. It was a holiday weekend, but I was surprised by how loud this place was at night and the golf cart traffic. 11pm and golf carts still whizzing by and some blasting music and honking horns. 2:30 am and neighbors still partying playing music. I think this is just a party campground when I was looking for more family vibes.

We do have staff available 24 hours a day and an after hours number to call. we appologize if other campers music after quiet hours affected your stay. We remained on park until 2am each day during your stay and no music was playing at that time.

The drain in the bath tub was slow. Was told the pool was heated and it was not.

We will check on that tub drain, thanks for letting us know in your review so we can address it, Our pool is heated and set to 80F. that temp was maintained all weekend. We just dont have a hot tub.

It was our families first time here and we loved it! ONLY downfall was being under the street light in the primitive tent sites. All the employees were so nice and their events were so fun!! We will be back.

Me and my family shared sites 517/518. Wasn’t expecting a large red building in the middle of our sires but were overall happy with the location. Beach was nasty with dead fish floating in the water. Pool area was great. Female bathroom was clean, but my male, adult children said the men’s bathroom was disgusting. Men are gross!

Only my second time staying at a KOA campground. I didn't realize how the first holiday weekend of the summer and school being done would affect the area. This campground was very pleasant with the staff being exceptional. I had a tent site, as I was a solo camper in my van. I was pleased with it, the restrooms/showers were maintained thru out my entire stay. Great for kids of all ages.

Started off with check-in was pretty aggravating. The woman was very rude from the start when she didn’t need to be. Especially when we booked a cabin spot for 6 days. Thankfully the manager Lisa was there and was able to improve our experience. I give her personally a 5 star. Might stay again one day, but adventuring other places before we would again.

The staff members were courteous and helpful. The campground is spacious with abundant entertainment for. Children and adults. We loved Hogback KOA.

I don't like the high fire pits and why did you get rid off cable could not get tv in

Our high firepits have been installed for several years, they were the required safety firepits at the time they were installed. we did raise their base to allow for a slightly raised fire. Cable was removed in an attempt to keep rates competitive in the area.

The park is beautiful and close to the interstate. We had a back-in site near the water. We were told that the speed limit was 5 mph. Golf carts, scooters, etc do not obey this speed limit. Even the KOA workers. The WiFi was good during the week but during the weekend, when the park filled up, the WiFi was very, very slow. Not really big rig friendly. Very tight turns.

Very nice campground with friendly staff. We have been camping here for years and they are working on the internet but it is still spotty. Our main complaint is the golf cart traffic. You can’t walk anywhere because of the golf carts flying by. Noise level has also increased a lot with loud music. It is no longer as family friendly as it used to be with Boozy Bingo, etc. Overall still good!

This was our first stay at KOA Angola and we had a great time. Bathhouse was extremely clean as well as the rest of the park. I would say my only negative was the lack of shade and seating in the dog park area.

This trip was to test out our new camper. Picked campground close (within two hours) of our home. The campground was great!!! We were very impressed at how big and how nice everything was. A couple of suggestions, Wi-Fi was not very good and the fire pit at our site was too deep so having a campfire was very difficult. Will definitely be back in the future.

We were here for an overnight stay in 42' fifth wheel w/F350 long bed dually. The sites were super long an level. Didn't use any amenities but the store appeared to be very clean and well stocked. Check in process was a breeze & staff was super pleasant.

Everything was great and we will be back! A little issue booking but they took care of us. The only problem we had was the cell service/wifi. The provided Wi-Fi is essentially useless and the cell service (Verizon) is not good at all. It really wasn’t needed much but if it was raining, that would’ve been a different story.

For a 1 night stop we try not to hook up everything to make departure easier. Amenities too far and shower had zero hot water. Store not well stocked . Seems to be more for seasonal guests.

Thanks, our hot water is made by efficient on demand units but can take a moment to get to the showers, we have gone and inspected to ensure all equipment is operational. We also take pride on our selection of hba, RV supplies, toys, camping themed items, apparel, and more in our store. Travel safe.

Ben the grounds manager deserves a shout out for his performance! He moved some large rocks for me so I could make a turn with my 65’ long rig. He went above and beyond to satisfy. I will make sure we stay there again on one of our many cross country trips.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!
